Given that we are 14 total, I am not sure about the “silos”…the fact is that our team members are tired of only interacting via Teams or Zoom. The WFH is a hype, fade and a cult. No real manager who is worth her/his salt believe you can “manage” without ever meeting your folks…like I said: you insist on working from home, means your job can be outsourced to just about anybody.
