Given the subjective nature of gymnastic scoring, all of this "data analysis" is worthless. Same as for ice skating or dressage. It is very well known that high scorer start with a scoring advantage (in other words a predilection from the judge to give them a higher score than they actually would get if they were not "high scorer". Then we are not talking about the same judges from one decade to the other. And we are not talking about the same physical conditions or training (much better these days). So to say she is the "goat" is very ill advised. Also Tom Brady has gone to 10 Superbowls and won 7. Simone Biles has just bailed out of the Tokyo Olympics! Lastly, if she was not a US athlete, nobody would discuss "goat" even with the same statistics.
