Well, look at the comments on this short piece...feedback and of course they find the premise so smart...

As an entrepreneur if you do not seek feedback, or are never given feedback, there is only one reason: you are an arrogant SOB. Period.

So yes looking at data. Duh! But around a conference table, if you behave like a know it all, you will never be told what you need to hear. And it starts because you will not hire the folks who will have the guts and competence to do it.
